Hello, I am Alireza Ahadian. For years, I have been active in Iran’s tile and ceramic industry, and today I am honored to be the CEO of Sina Tile & Ceramic Industries Company. Throughout my professional journey, I have always had one main concern: How can we build better industries and organizations through learning and sharing experiences?

I started this blog with that very goal: to share some of my experiences and lessons in management, human resources, sales, and industry development with you.
